4G Communications, Inc. is currently recruiting experienced personnel for Associate Applications Systems Analyst to join our team in Fort Bragg, NC. Job is contingent on a contract award.

Job Description:

Associate Applications Systems Analyst to be a part of a technical team of personnel supporting the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Center deployable CAPOCNet TACLAN Suites in CONUS and OCONUS environments. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • As expertise warrants, assist Senior and Intermediate Applications System Analysts in supporting as well as enhancing  information technologies and networks systems to include:: Windows Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, Server 2003, Server 2008, Exchange 2003, Exchange 2010, SharePoint 2003, SharePoint 2010, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Adobe Creative Suites, Cisco iOS, Hyper-V, McAfee HBSS, McAfee Anti-Virus, RLAS, RCAS, IBM Lotus Forms, Cisco Call Manager, Remedy, all applications resident as a component of the following systems:  TACLAN, PDS-Lite, Mission Planning Kit (MPK), MISO-P, Field Computing Device (FCD), Media Production Center – Lite/Medium, CAPOC Deployable Node (CDN); Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS) components.
  • Knowledge of Tactical radio platforms is desired; e.g., PSC-5, PRC-117D, PRC-150, and associated encryption devices with an understanding radio communications and satellite communication strategies and concepts required.
  • TACLAN Suite includes operation of HF, KU, C and X band satellite systems, Windows server 2003 and local AD administration.
  • Direct knowledge of military business protocols and processes is essential to position success.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Minimum Associates degree in technical discipline, preferred with 5 years or more of professional experience (or) equivalent direct military experience and/or combined education / experience.  Military radio and satellite communications experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Must meet DoD 8570 requirements
  • Must meet required DoD approved baseline certifications as described in the Army BBP 05-PR-M-0002 certified in their Computing Environment (CE)
  • Minimum Security Clearance Secret
