Intermediate Applications Systems Analyst
4G Communications, Inc. is currently recruiting an experienced Intermediate Applications Systems Analyst to join our team in Fort Bragg, NC. Job is contingent on a contract award.
Job Description:
Intermediate Applications Systems Analyst to support Senior Analyst and team in providing support for information technologies and network systems for the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Center (USACAPOPC) and assigned locations throughout the USACAPOC area of responsibility including deployable CAPOCNet TACLAN Suites in CONUS and potentially OCONUS environments (remote support included).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support Windows Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, Server 2003, Server 2008, Exchange 2003, Exchange 2010, Sharepoint 2003, Sharepoint 2010
- Support Blackberry Enterprise Server, Adobe Creative Suites, Cisco iOS, Hyper-V, McAfee HBSS, McAfee Anti-Virus, RLAS, RCAS, IBM Lotus Forms, Cisco Call Manager, Remedy, all applications resident as a component of the following systems: TACLAN, PDS-Lite, Mission Planning Kit (MPK), MISO-P, Field Computing Device (FCD), Media Production Center – Lite/Medium, CAPOC Deployable Node (CDN); Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS) components
- Knowledge of Tactical radio platforms is desired; e.g., PSC-5, PRC-117D, PRC-150, and associated encryption devices. TACLAN Suite includes operation of HF, KU, C and X band satellite systems,
- Windows server 2003 and local AD administration
- An advanced understanding of IT technologies and satellite communication strategies and concepts is required
- Direct knowledge of military business protocols and processes is essential to position success
- Assist Senior Analyst with metrics and reports.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Technical discipline from an accredited college, preferred with
5 years or more of professional experience (or) equivalent direct military experience and/or combined education / experience.
Technical Skills:
- Must meet DoD 8570 requirements
- Must meet required DoD approved baseline certifications as described in the Army BBP 05-PR-M-0002 certified in their Computing Environment (CE)
- Minimum Security Clearance Secret
